Job summary

Martin Engineering is seeking a Service Technician to deliver, install, service, and maintain wear components on assigned routes. The role is hourly with commission potential and will require travel, including some overnights.

You will collaborate with sales to identify opportunities, prepare quotes/reports, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA). A high school diploma and mechanical/conveyor maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical or conveyor maintenance background expected.
• Two-year technical or vocational degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, maintains, installs, and services Martin products on assigned routes.
• Communicates project status to supervisor, fellow workers, and customers.
• Completes work individually and on time, including maintenance agreements in territories.
• Provides daily sales transactions and documents.
• Follows routes and schedules as provided.
• Keeps warehouse and vehicle stocked and clean; conducts weekly cycle counts.
