Martin Engineering is seeking a Service Technician to deliver, install, service, and maintain Martin wear components on assigned routes. You will work with sales staff to identify opportunities and may travel including some nights away from home.

The position is hourly with commission potential and offers a strong benefits package. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a mechanical/ conveyor maintenance background, and a valid driver's license per DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a two-year technical degree preferred.
• Mechanical or conveyor maintenance background beneficial or related experience.
• Some sales background would be beneficial.
• Driver qualifications must meet Federal DOT regulations and position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, maintains, installs, and services Martin products on assigned routes following safety and work instructions.
• Communicates project status to supervisor, team, and customers.
• Completes work independently and on schedule, including maintenance agreements in territories.
• Provides daily sales transactions and documents; follows routes and schedules.
• Ensures warehouse and vehicle are stocked and maintained; performs weekly counts.
