Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Cleveland/Columbus market. You will lead a team of field technicians, coordinate customer installations, and ensure high service standards across North America.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and reporting to the Regional Service Director, with occasional travel and a focus on safety and efficiency. This permanent role offers salary, benefits, and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading field service teams and coordinating technicians.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Technicians in the Cleveland/Columbus market.
• Train new staff and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective field service management.
• Coordinate site surveys and inspections for plumbing/delivery equipment.
• Assist Regional Director and step in during absences.
