SteelcoBelimed Inc. seeks a service leader to manage a multi-state field team across Texas and surrounding areas. You will drive service performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while partnering with Sales to grow capital equipment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading field service teams of 10+ technicians.
• Strong data analysis to solve business problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards in a service environment.
• Willing to travel ~20% overnight and some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage service zone performance including revenue and expenses.
• Ensure safety, development, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Grow field service profitability by tracking financial performance.
• Collaborate with Sales to secure service opportunities and equipment sales.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of the field service team.
• Drive performance reviews, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Develop profitable service programs and generate sales leads.
• Promote collaboration between Sales and Service teams.
