Job summary

SteelcoBelimed Inc. seeks a service leader to manage a multi-state field team across Texas and surrounding areas. You will drive service performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while partnering with Sales to grow capital equipment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading field service teams of 10+ technicians.
• Strong data analysis to solve business problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards in a service environment.
• Willing to travel ~20% overnight and some international travel.

Your responsibilities

Territory: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas, Mississippi

• Monitor and manage the overall performance of the service zone, including revenue, expense management, and penetration into the install base
• Ensure the achievement of all key and operational measures, especially in the areas of safety, development, customer satisfaction, operational improvements, revenue generation, and profitability
• Develop and manage growth and profitability of the field service business by tracking financial performance to ensure profitability
• Partner with the Sales team to assist in securing capital equipment sales, new service opportunities, and to retain current business; presents the service offering to customers as required
• Lead the hiring, training, and development of the field service team
• Drive performance management, including performance reviews, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports
• Develop and implement profitable service programs resulting in sales lead generation and excellent customer service
• Promote seamless collaboration between Sales and Service teams to drive profitability and efficiency

Your profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience managing a field team of at least 10 mechanical technicians
• Ability to creatively solve business problems through gathering and analyzing data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of OSHA standards in a service environment
• Ability to travel extensively with little notice prior to travel (~20% overnight)
• Able to obtain a valid passport for occasional international travel
