Job summary

Canteen is seeking a Service Manager to oversee a team of field technicians and installers responsible for vending and coffee equipment maintenance, repair, and installation. You will drive service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal partners to resolve issues.

You will lead daily huddles, ensure timely tickets, and provide hands-on support as needed to meet service levels and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Prior management or team leadership experience.
• Technical familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.
• Experience with computerized work order or maintenance management systems.
• Strong decision making skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop technicians and installers to ensure strong performance and accountability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional shop and workspace.
• Coordinate installation schedules and ensure prep before departure.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits and customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and supplies in service vehicles.
