Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating as Canteen in Tallahassee, seeks a Service Manager of Technicians to oversee a team of field technicians and installers responsible for maintenance, repair, and installation of vending and coffee equipment. The role focuses on service quality, team performance, and an efficient, safe work environment.

You will lead daily huddles, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely completion of tickets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in supervising technicians or installers.
Proficiency in technical understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Strong communication and organization skills, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop technicians and installers to achieve strong performance and accountability.
Maintain a clean, organized shop and ensure timely completion of service tickets and reports.
Coordinate installations and ensure pre-departure checklists are completed.
Represent the company professionally during field visits and customer interactions.
Manage inventory of parts and tools in service vehicles and ensure equipment is well maintained.
