Job summary

Aramark Corporation seeks a Service Manager to lead our service technician team and oversee our portfolio of coffee, water filtration, micro market, and vending equipment. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service, ensuring equipment readiness, and providing a superior client experience in a growing market.

You will manage technician scheduling, work orders, inventory, and overall service performance while promoting a safe, service‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service, maintenance, or related operations.
• 5+ years of management experience leading frontline or technical teams.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians; maintain records.
• Assign and oversee daily technician workloads including preventative maintenance and deployments.
• Ensure accurate completion of service calls through Salesforce and timely workflow with dispatch.
• Improve service performance metrics like repeat calls and response times.
• Oversee equipment and parts inventory and forecast future needs.
• Coordinate with sales on equipment demos, installations, and service support.
• Manage capital equipment procurement and Kronos timekeeping.
• Foster a positive, safety‑focused, service‑driven team culture.

Education
