Job summary

Continental Services in Mansfield is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair and maintain vending, micro market and office coffee equipment across our accounts. This full-time role requires physical ability and a customer-focused mindset. Shift: Monday - Friday.

You’ll transport parts, perform in-field repairs, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate with dispatchers and clients to keep machines running. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience repairing vending, coffee, or small machines.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, or electronics.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and installing vending, office coffee, and micro market equipment to promote continuous operation.
• Transport equipment, install replacement parts, and perform repairs at various accounts/locations.
• Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning machines in the field.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers and clients.
• May involve running electrical wire and plumbing tubes as needed.
• Respond to customer needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
