Job summary

Continental Mansfield Service Techs is seeking a Field Service Technician to transport, install, and maintain vending, micro market, and office coffee equipment at client locations throughout the region.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, and replace parts while communicating with dispatchers and clients to ensure uptime and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience repairing vending, coffee, or small machines.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, or electronics.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and installing vending, office coffee, and micro market equipment.
• Transport equipment and install replacement parts.
• Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning machines.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers and clients.
• Run electrical wires and plumbing tubes as needed.
• Respond to customer needs with the goal of customer satisfaction.
• Support a service-oriented environment that improves service actions.
• Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Perform additional projects and assignments as needed.
