Job summary

Dalton Service Center is seeking a Service Technician Manager to lead the appliance service team across Albuquerque and El Paso. This hands-on leadership role combines technical troubleshooting with coaching and development to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee technician performance, training, field escalations, manufacturer relationships, and scheduling in collaboration with the Customer Experience team.

Qualifications

• Significant appliance service knowledge with leadership exposure.
• Ability to coach and mentor technicians to raise performance.
• Strong focus on customer experience and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dalton/BSI service technicians in Albuquerque and El Paso.
• Set expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience to manage schedules and capacity.
• Coach technicians in field diagnostics and first-time completion.
