Job summary

Atlas Copco Rental LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions. The role involves maintaining fleets in the field, repairing down equipment at customer sites, and performing preventive maintenance across the territory.

You will travel within the United States, report to the Customer Support Manager, and operate in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic.
• Electro-mechanical degree or training.
• Experience with maintenance, overhaul and repair of electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
• English proficiency; second language is a bonus.
• High energy levels and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain fleet in the field and repair down equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
• Develop and optimize efficient field service processes and routines.
• Improve measurable success toward business targets.
• Document all work daily using company hardware and software.

You will

• Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain fleet in the field
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
• Improve measureale success to business targets
• Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software

• You have 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
• You have an appropriate electromechanical degree or training
• You have demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industtrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• You have a good command in English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
• You have high energy levels
• You will be expected to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling

You will be part of our customer center in Albuquerque, NM. You will join a dynamic field service team, working in a hybrid role and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area,United States (US).
