Job summary

Aniai is seeking a Field Service Manager to build from the ground up the field service team for Alpha Grill across the United States. You will lead installations, training, and ongoing maintenance, while developing playbooks and service processes. The role requires travel and close collaboration with our Korea team.

You will become the go-to expert for customers and internal teams, delivering top-tier service and technical support as our early-stage startup scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading field service teams in high-tech equipment.
• Experience building 0-1 processes and playbooks.
• Ability to train and manage external technician networks nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and install Alpha Grill at customer sites with proper configuration.
• Provide user training and guide customers on common issues.
• Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot remotely or on-site, and address service SLAs.
