Videojet’s Field Service Engineer role in Chicago, IL is based out of a home office with a company vehicle, traveling within a 2-hour radius. The position requires hands-on repair, installation, and support of Videojet equipment at customer sites.

You’ll build strong customer relationships while ensuring optimal machine performance. The role offers remote work with limited overnight travel, initial training weeks in Wood Dale, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical experience repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment.
• Basic computer/technical skills (email, software, phone apps, Microsoft Word).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record."
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region with a company-provided vehicle and no extensive overnight travel.
• Install Videojet products and solutions at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment challenges and issues.
• Provide ongoing care and support, building trusted advisor relationships with customers.
