Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, is hiring a Service Manager to lead local Pest Technician Teams and ensure outstanding service delivery to customers. The role focuses on scheduling, safety compliance, coaching technicians, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction in the branch network.

The ideal candidate has an associate’s degree (a four-year degree is highly desirable), a valid driver's license, and the ability to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence required.
• 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required; relocation willing is desirable.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with teams and customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Pest Technician Teams at local branches.
• Ensure route completion, scheduling, and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory of pest control products and facilitate training.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellation requests.
• Oversee performance of Pest Technicians and support sales/service teams.
