Job summary

You will lead training, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to protocols, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years pest control experience and management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians through meetings, trainings, and coaching.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians and conduct daily field audits.
• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, run performance reports, and inspect trucks for safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
