Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Field Manager to lead Service Technicians delivering pest control on daily routes, ensuring service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will build and coach a high-performing team and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience; management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.
• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
