EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring a Service Technician in Omaha, NE, delivering skilled pest control services during scheduled maintenance and building lasting customer relationships. You will inspect, treat, and communicate with customers while maintaining records and coordinating with the office.

The role emphasizes safety, PPE, and adherence to company policies, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Possess a valid drivers license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
