Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Omaha, NE seeks a Service Manager to lead Field Managers and Technicians, oversee daily routes, and drive exceptional customer experience while identifying growth opportunities. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff, monitor route efficiency and service quality, manage budgets, and ensure safety compliance in a fast-growing team.

The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and generous holidays; base pay ranges from $55,000 to $65,000

Qualifications

2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance and customer experience.
Provide ongoing field coaching and accountability to ensure service quality and safety.
Monitor route efficiency, service completion, and customer retention; collaborate with Field Managers, Technicians and Sales.
Run service routes, audit tickets, and assist with incident reporting and budget management.
Make day-to-day operational decisions on service delivery and scheduling within guidelines.
Promote safety standards and regulatory compliance across the service team.
