Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC is seeking a Field Manager to lead Service Technicians delivering pest control services to recurring customers.

You will build a high-performing team focused on service quality, safety, and customer experience, while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, audits, and coordinating with the Service Manager; experience in pest control and management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years pest control experience and management preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating meetings, training, and coaching.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits, and provide feedback to the Service Manager.
