Formación

• Field service background and customer-facing leadership.
• Two years of lead experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required; pesticide license obtainable if needed.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees at varying levels.
• Comfort working in field and communicating with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an entire service operation after paid training.
• Motivate team to deliver top-notch service while prioritizing safety.
• Recruit and train service personnel.
• Oversee ride-along program and field inspections.
• Maintain scheduling, routing, and inventory for efficiency.
• Engage with community service projects.
