Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation, develop and motivate the team, and deliver superior pest control experiences for homes and businesses. You will combine technical insight with strong people skills to earn customer trust and drive revenue growth.

This role emphasizes ongoing training, field leadership, safety, and community involvement, with a company vehicle, competitive pay, and a robust benefits package. Prior field leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Field Service experience is highly preferred.
• At least two years of lead experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top service, prioritizing safety.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and empathetic service.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiency.
