Orkin in Aurora, IL seeks a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation, train and mentor the Orkin Pros, and deliver outstanding pest-control service with empathy and integrity.

You will blend technical knowledge with strong leadership, manage customer and employee engagement, support community service projects, and drive safety, scheduling, and efficiency while benefiting from Orkin's award-winning training, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Field Service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees at varying experience levels.
• At least two years of lead experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
• Ability to problem solve in a tactful and professional manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world's best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and service.
