Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation, developing and motivating our Orkin Pros to deliver top-notch pest control service. The role blends technical pest knowledge with strong leadership and empathy to earn customer trust and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
• Compliance with state and local laws in employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee the Ride-Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
