Job summary

Municipal Emergency Services (MES) seeks a Service Manager to lead our regional field service team serving US first responders. This leadership role focuses on developing people, improving operations, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

You will hire, coach, and manage field technicians, oversee scheduling and operations, and travel across your region to support customers and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service leadership experience.
• Background in fire service equipment, HVAC, automotive, or related industries is preferred.
• College degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of field service technicians.
• Oversee scheduling and daily service operations.
• Build strong relationships with fire departments and municipal customers.
• Partner with Sales to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Travel regularly throughout the region to support technicians and customers.
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance.
