Qualifications

• Extensive field service experience with complex diagnostics, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating equipment.
• Ability to guide technicians, communicate expectations, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong organizational, documentation, inventory management, and time management skills.
• Professional, customer-focused approach and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team daily, provide direction, set expectations, monitor performance, and help technicians build their skills.
• Plan and prioritize field activities to support timely service, efficient scheduling, and productive use of resources.
• Be a technical resource: troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance on diagnostics, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain quality and safety by inspecting workmanship and ensuring procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Take care of customers by resolving service concerns and building positive relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Support business performance by monitoring efficiency, billable productivity, documentation, and inventory practices.
• Encourage better ways of working by fostering idea sharing and ownership of results.
