Job summary

You will monitor performance, coordinate with logistics and sales, train new technicians, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field service or operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of field service management software; Fullbay knowledge a plus.
• Technical knowledge relevant to material handling (mechanical/electrical).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and service delivery.
• Schedule, manage, and support a team of field technicians.
• Monitor performance metrics and coach staff.
• Perform site visits and inspections for safety and quality.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and customer service.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track inventory and equipment usage.
• Maintain documentation and service records.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training.
