The role involves coordinating between our Eau Claire and West Salem branches, with regular travel and a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a material handling service environment, strong leadership and planning skills, and the ability to communicate technically about the products we service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years in a material handling service environment or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate technically about the products serviced.
• Strong planning and multi-priority management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of field service technicians and lead techs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful field service outcomes.
• Oversee scheduling, invoicing approvals, and safety compliance across service projects.
• Participate in interviews for field service roles and manage staff performance.
