Job summary

Staff Zone, a national leader in construction staffing and a nationally accredited woman-owned business, seeks a Field Service Manager to drive sales, service, and business development across a regional territory. You will visit customers daily, coordinate with the branch team, and support dispatch while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Must have sales or customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus.
• Ability to upsell current business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales, service, and business development.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers (12–15 site visits a day).
• Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.
• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management weekly.
• Assist with operations at the Branch.
• Report to branch daily for dispatch.
• Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required.
