Job summary

HSP US in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Technical Field Service Manager to lead field service operations for high‑voltage equipment across North America. You will oversee inspections, diagnostics, installations, and training while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-growing energy startup.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, service partners, and customers, with frequent travel and a focus on operational excellence and responsive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage technology and power transmission.
• Experience with field service, inspections, commissioning, and warranty investigations.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. and international customers with technical questions on installed equipment.
• Perform onsite and offsite inspections, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HV equipment.
• Coordinate spare parts sourcing, service planning, and customer scheduling.
• Provide technical recommendations and support quotations and service proposals.
• Deliver technical support and training to customers and service partners.
