Job summary

Imperial Brady, a leading North American distributor, seeks a Manager, Field Service Technician for its Denver, CO facility. You will direct the service team, oversee daily operations, and manage the department’s P&L while coordinating preventive maintenance schedules and service records.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership experience, strong prioritization and communication skills, PC proficiency, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Technical Program Certificate required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, establish objectives and goals, and develop action plans.
• Strong PC and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service technician team and oversee daily operations of the service department.
• Maintain responsibility for the department’s P&L.
• Develop and maintain equipment PM schedules; ensure PM and work orders are completed and filed.
• Maintain service records, log completed orders, and submit for billing.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate warranty and returns processes, including RGA numbers and shipping arrangements.
• Organize inventory receipt, storage, and PO maintenance.
• Obtain parts pricing and availability from vendors.
• Organize vendor equipment files and provide manuals to customers.
• Receive and process service requests for scheduling across branches.
