Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking an Equipment Service Manager for our Bordentown, NJ operations. You will lead the service technician team, manage the department’s P&L, and own the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance and repair work on floor care equipment.

Your role includes maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, and building strong customer and supplier relationships while supporting field sales with service solutions and PM programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and schedule troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems on commercial floor machines.
• Oversee PM schedules and ensure all paperwork is completed and filed.
• Maintain service records and submit for billing.
• Maintain relationships with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate parts returns and warranty logistics with internal teams.
• Assist in inventory planning and ordering for stock and special orders.
• Collaborate with sales to promote service solutions and PM programs.
