You’ll have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with clean MVR, and hands-on electrical and mechanical repair experience. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety are essential.

• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

The Service Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:300pm, or until the daily work is completed.
