Aufgaben

• Direct the service technician team and service department.
• Maintain the PM schedule and complete PM/work orders.
• Log service orders and submit for billing.
• Maintain records of services; manage customer/vendor relations.
• Coordinate parts/vendor returns and warranty processing.
• Plan and track inventory; write purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal contacts on returns packaging/shipping.
• Obtain parts pricing and availability from vendors.
• Organize and file service manuals and equipment records.
• Handle service requests via phone/fax/email and schedule across branches.
• Meet with key customers and vendors regularly.
• Support field sales with service solutions and PM programs.
