Job summary

Integra Mission Critical in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Coordinator to manage service schedules, coordinate maintenance activities, and support field service teams in delivering timely solutions for our clients.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients, monitor work orders, maintain records, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with operations, parts and customer service to improve workflows. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems, scheduling tools, or ERP software.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for field service technicians.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service appointments, updates, and follow ups.
• Monitor service requests, assign work orders, and track job progress to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment history, and parts usage.
• Support field technicians with logistics, documentation, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and service protocols.
• Assist in preparing reports on service performance, costs, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, parts, and customer service to resolve issues and improve workflows.
