Easy Ice seeks a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our on-site team in Houston, TX. You will coordinate maintenance schedules, support Field Service Technicians, and provide friendly information to customers.

The role requires strong customer service skills, dispatch experience, and proficiency with Microsoft tools. Salesforce knowledge is a plus, and we offer a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Dispatch experience - Field service industry a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and Outlook).
• Salesforce software knowledge a plus.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to learn Company protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
• Provide phone support to customers and internal staff.
• Coordinates pay service agreements with Easy Ice customers.
• Create and dispatch service calls to technicians supporting tech efficiency.
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance.
• Update and coordinate maintenance plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
