Job summary

Integra in Houston, TX is seeking a Service Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of service projects by organizing schedules, managing files, and coordinating communication between internal teams, field technicians, and clients. This role ensures projects run efficiently and meet safety and quality standards.

You will assist in dispatching technicians, coordinating material orders, maintaining records, tracking timelines and budgets, and collaborating with managers to resolve

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in project coordination, service operations, or admin support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service/project management software (ServiceTitan, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching field service technicians to job sites.
• Coordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and subcontractor assignments.
• Maintain project files, documentation, work orders, and service records.
• Track and update project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Communicate regularly with clients to confirm appointments and updates.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve issues or delays.
• Support invoice preparation, job costing, and vendor billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, contract, and quality standards.
