Job summary

Integra Mission Critical in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Coordinator to manage service schedules, coordinate maintenance activities, and support field service teams in delivering timely solutions for our clients.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients, monitor work orders, maintain records, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with operations, parts and customer service to improve workflows. Travel up to 20% may be required.

• Proficiency in maintenance management systems, scheduling tools, or ERP software.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

What you will do

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in maintenance coordination field service support or related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems scheduling tools or ERP software
• Knowledge of mechanical electrical or industrial equipment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• May require occasional travel to site up to 20 of time
