Culligan Quench in Phoenix seeks a Field Service Manager to lead a team of field technicians, oversee installations, and support regional service operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience.
• Vocational technical school diploma/certification.
• Experience with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee/tea dispensing units.
• Prior management experience, route-based preferred.
• Licensed plumbers or comprehensive plumbing skills preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certified or training within 3 months.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Train new staff in the assigned region.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through superior customer management.
• Carry out plumbing, drainage, and building layout/site surveys as needed.
• Submit reports, expenses, payroll, forms to the Regional Service Director.
