• Provide Field Service support to Service Technicians, Sales Reps and Customers.
• Manage and meet service, repair, and installation needs of customers.
• Coordinate with Raymond product support group and its programs.
• Build efficiencies within the assigned territory using metrics.
• Field project management and incident investigation as needed.
