Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the frontline team of Technicians in the field, ensuring safety and performance standards are met. The role involves coaching, field oversight, and occasional hands-on service to support Sunrun customers.

The ideal candidate will have residential solar experience, a valid electrical license preferred, and strong communication skills to coordinate with field teams and regional managers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field technicians and supervising teams.
• Knowledge of safety standards and performance coaching.
• Residential solar and electrical systems understanding is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8-14 Field Service Technicians, safety and inventory.
• Coach technicians to meet Sunrun standards and performance goals.
• Coordinate daily schedules to maximize service capacity.
• Provide daily/weekly performance updates to leadership.
• Complete select service appointments as needed.
• Manage customer escalations and urgent field cases.
