Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and coach a team of Technicians in the field, ensuring safety and performance standards are met. The role involves hands-on leadership, direct field work, and escalation handling to maintain exceptional customer service in Sunrun’s solar and storage installations.

The position requires a background in residential solar, NEC knowledge, and strong communication skills; a valid driver’s license and ability to travel are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience as Sr. Service Technician or supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical principles for solar interconnection/tie-in.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8-14 Field Service Technicians, safety, inventory, and timekeeping.
• Coach technicians and manage performance to Sunrun standards.
• Lead field service appointments and support escalations as needed.
• Provide weekly reports on technician performance to Regional Manager.
