Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a diverse team of field service professionals delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service to customers. You will drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth while fostering employee development.

Responsibilities include overseeing field service execution with ~10 engineers, managing a ~$25M P&L, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet service commitments.

• Proven field service or technical operations leadership, including team development, relevant technical knowledge, and operational improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe, efficient field service delivery for a ~$25M P&L, directing ~10 Field Engineers and Supervisors and an extended team of ~35 Field Engineers.
• Optimize workforce planning, standard work, metrics, digital tools, documentation, and corrective action to meet customer commitments and improve results.
• Lead, coach, and develop field service professionals through clear expectations, feedback, accountability, and technical guidance.
