Job summary

Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is seeking a Field Service Lead to manage a team of technicians for the start-up and commissioning of electrical equipment across multiple customer sites. The role involves both field responsibilities and mentorship of approximately 8 technicians. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years in field service, along with strong technical and leadership skills. This position requires travel up to 75% and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field service experience in electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with switchgear and electrical control systems preferred.
• Understanding of lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the performance of a team of field service technicians.
• Lead activities for electrical equipment start-up across customer sites.
