Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in power distribution or related field.
• Minimum 2 years field service experience, focusing on startup/commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Experience with switchgear and electrical distribution systems.
• Familiarity with advanced networking concepts.
• Prior supervisory or lead-level experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and commissioning activities across multiple customer sites, ensuring on-time completion and minimal issues.
• Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and training to field service technicians.
• Serve as technical lead for product expertise and advanced troubleshooting guidance.
• Travel to IEM facilities or field sites for training, factory tests, and shop testing.
• Identify project risks and report to management for action.
• Coordinate with commercial and administration teams for out-of-scope requests.
• Ensure technicians have tools, materials, and documentation to perform work.
