Job summary

Clean Harbors in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role ensures proper operation of equipment, drives operational efficiencies at the work site and completes documentation on time.

Note this position requires new hires to attend a two-week Academy training out of state, with expenses paid by the company.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service or similar industry experience.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Valid Driver's license.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Background check, drug test, and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority by following all safety policies.
• Read work orders and verify equipment availability and operability.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as needed.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Lead Technicians and direct crew in job duties to meet client requirements.
