Clean Harbors in Detroit, MI is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role ensures equipment operates correctly, drives site efficiencies, and that all job documentation is completed timely.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience or similar industry background.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call availability for emergency response situations.
• Ability to interface with clients and management and manage vendors.
• Ability to manage, reconcile, and review job documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical requirements.
• Capable of leading safety meetings and ensuring safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew.
• Ensure equipment operation, drive site efficiencies and timely documentation.
• Read work orders, prepare equipment and supervise maintenance.
• Train technicians and enforce company safety policies.
• Lead safety meetings, meet deadlines, and manage on-site resources.
• Coordinate with clients and manage vendor relationships.
• On-call for emergency response as required and ensure regulatory compliance.
