Clean Harbors in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew. You will ensure equipment operates correctly, drive site efficiency, and complete timely documentation.

The role requires attendance at a two-week out-of-state Academy training, paid by the company. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, enforcing safety, managing paperwork, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize Health and Safety as the top priority and enforce safe work practices.
• Verify equipment availability and operability before starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to jobs.
• Correct deficiencies that could cause accidents or affect client requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Complete all service paperwork and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Operate service line equipment safely per training and procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies.
• Meet deadlines and optimize use of resources.
• Direct crew performance and ensure adherence to client requirements and company policies.
• Enforce company policies and remove employees when required.
• Follow all regulatory requirements and safely operate DOT vehicles.
• Be on-call for emergencies on a rotating basis; participate in site remediation and hazardous materials handling as applicable.
