Job summary

Flying A Pumping Services, LLC is seeking a Frac Service Supervisor to lead daily fracturing operations at well sites in Texas. You will supervise frac crews, maintain equipment, and ensure safe, compliant execution of jobs.

Work with clients, engineers, and internal teams to plan jobs per well plan, train new crew members, and complete daily reports while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hydraulic fracturing operations experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong understanding of frac equipment including pumps, blenders, and control systems.
• Proven ability to lead a team and maintain morale in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with crew, clients, and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fracturing services at the wellsite, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient execution.
• Manage frac crew members, providing direction during operations, pumps, and breakdown.
• Ensure safety standards, PPE usage, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and performance of frac equipment (pumps, blenders, hydration units).
• Coordinate with client, engineers, and internal teams to plan jobs per well plan.
• Complete daily job reports, inventory usage, and communicate results to the Operations Manager.
• Assist in training of new crew members on equipment operations and safety procedures.
