Canteen North America in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Support Services-Utility Lead to oversee field technicians, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance, and to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.

You will coordinate daily assignments, mentor technicians, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with operations, management, and customers to meet timelines and service goals.

Competenze

• Experience as a service technician, equipment repair, installation, or maintenance.
• Leadership, coaching, or training experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Lead, coach, and develop technicians in repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, and safety.
• Coordinate daily technician assignments and field activities, including service calls and projects.

• Inspect work for safety and quality, maintain records, and communicate priorities to management.
